COVID 19 & Your Wedding

Published 03/17/2020

The coronavirus (COVID-19) is changing everyone's lives and there is no exception to couples planning their weddings. Safety is our top concern and with COVID-19 disrupting so much of our everyday lives it is also impacting our couples. We want to ensure everyone that all of us at Arpeggio Wedding Entertainment want to assure you that we are here for you through any changes and adjustments you need to make with your wedding plans. Please get in touch with us so we can work together to figure out a solution.

We know how much time, energy and money goes into planning your wedding day and the thought of canceling is just too heartbreaking so we urge you to try and postpone your wedding if possible. If your wedding is coming up within the next few weeks you are probably feeling a mix of devastation, panic, overwhelmed and heartbreak - we feel it too! The entire wedding community feels for you and we all want to do what we can to help create the dream wedding day you deserve. We put together a few steps to ease the process of postponing your wedding.

  1. Talk to your venue first. They will be able to let you know the dates that are available for you to postpone your wedding until. Keep in mind they might not be Saturdays, but a Friday or Sunday wedding can be just as much fun! For us, our March couples have postponed to August & October.

  2. Reach out to your other vendors: photographer, caterer, DJ, florist, etc to see if they are available for the new proposed dates.

  3. Choose the date which most vendors are available. Most vendors will work with you on this! I know most of the people (including myself) that will bend over backward to try and make your new date work, or find someone that can.

Your wedding will happen and it will still be amazing!
