The Inquiry:
The process begins with you reaching out to us about your wedding day. Debbie, our dedicated representative, will connect with you through your preferred method, whether it's a phone call, text, Zoom, email, or any other means you're comfortable with. Understanding your unique wedding requirements is essential to us, whether it's just a DJ service or a combination of DJ, lighting, and a photo booth. We tailor our packages to suit your needs precisely, ensuring you don't pay for services you won't use.

The Quote:
Following our conversation, Debbie will provide you with a detailed quote that covers all the aspects discussed. This quote will include various options for you to consider, so you can take your time to review it with your fiancé and other decision-makers. If desired, we can arrange for the DJ to reach out to you directly to ensure a perfect fit. Additionally, our website features numerous testimonials, along with video highlights, giving you a glimpse of what to expect with Arpeggio Wedding Entertainment.

The Decision:
Once you've found the package that best suits your wedding, we will send over a contract and provide access to our online client portal. The contract can be easily e-signed from your computer, allowing you to start planning right away.

The Planning:
Our online portal is your personal hub for wedding day preparations. Accessible 24/7, it makes planning your music a breeze on your own schedule. You can select special songs, specify songs you don't want to hear during the reception, and much more. This personalized account helps your DJ understand your tastes and personality while keeping you organized with your music selections.

The Big Day:
As your wedding day approaches, about two weeks prior, you will have access to the online portal locked to ensure all arrangements are in place. At this time, we'll schedule a meeting (in-person or via phone) with your DJ to review all the information you've entered in the portal.
