How To Book Your Wedding DJ

We love technology and how it allows us to book amazing couples who often we do not meet until the wedding day, crazy right? Many of our couples live out of state and are fine chatting with us through emails, texts, phone calls, and video calls. We are always in constant communication leading up to your wedding day, sending you payment reminds, exclusive offers and even tips to help with your wedding planning. We get that wedding planning can be a full-time job so sometimes it is easier to just send a quick email or text with a question you have for us.  

Thinking of hiring us as your wedding DJ? Let us walk through what a booking process looks like when you hire us at Arpeggio Wedding Entertainment. You can get all the music squared away for your wedding day from the comfort of your own couch, or office, we know wedding planning happens during your work hours.  

The Inquiry
The first step is on you; you do your research and pick out your top picks for which companies you’d like to be your DJ for your wedding then the first step is to reach out to us about your wedding day. Once we receive your inquiry which can be an email, form on our website, text, phone call or even inquiry through sites like The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola, Facebook... the list goes on and on Debbie will reply to you looking for some more information about your wedding. Do not worry they will be easy questions - where your wedding is taking place and how you heard about us. Then Debbie will want to go into more detail about your wedding and either set up a phone call or zoom or continue chatting via email or text-whatever method you are most comfortable with! From there we need to get a sense of what you are looking for just a DJ, a DJ and a photo booth or DJ, lighting, and a photo booth. Every wedding is different, and one price does not fit all our weddings which is why we customize a package tailored to your needs. We do not want you paying for things you do not need!

The Quote
After Debbie talks with you in more detail about your wedding, she will send over a quote on what you have discussed. Our quote will lay out all the details and a few different options for you to consider. Take time to look it over with your fiancé and any other decision-makers. If you think it would be helpful, we can set up a time for the DJ available to reach out to you to ensure we are a good fit. *$2,500 minimum for the following dates:
2023 Dates: Saturdays 5/20/23 to 10/28/23 and Sundays 5/28/23, 7/2/23, 9/3/23 & 10/2/23
2024 Dates: Saturdays 5/25/24 to 11/2/24 and Sundays 5/26/24, 9/1/24 & 10/13/24

The Decision  
Once you decide on which package is the best fit for your wedding, we will send over a contract along with access to your online client portal. We can also send the contract digitally so you can simply e-sign from your computer and start planning.

The Planning
Our online portal is your piece of homework for your wedding day. You can access it 24/7 making it easy to plan your wedding day music on your time. The portal allows you to select your special songs, select songs that you do not want to hear during your reception, and much more! This personalized account lets your DJ learn a little more about your tastes and personality, and helps you stay organized with your music selections.

The Big Day  
As your wedding gets closer about 2 weeks prior to your wedding day you will be locked out of the online portal. At this time, we will be in touch to set up a meeting (in-person or a phone call) with your DJ to review all the information you have entered in the portal.

Planning the music for your big day can be a lot of fun but do not leave it until the last minute! The music helps us create the perfect playlist to your wedding day which reflects the entire tone of your wedding day.
