With easy access to our extensive music database, planning your wedding music becomes a breeze. Plus, you can seamlessly connect your Spotify account to make everything even easier.

We know wedding planning can be overwhelming, but our online portal makes handling the music a simple and enjoyable task. You’ll have 24/7 access to your planning forms and music playlist, and the best part is, you can plan it all from the comfort of your own home!

Easy Music Planning with Our Portal

Our client portal gives you access to our full music collection, allowing you to plan every detail of your wedding soundtrack. You can create playlists for cocktail hour, dinner music, and ensure that your must-play songs are included, while also specifying any songs you'd like to avoid (no chicken dance here!). You can also select songs for your formalities, such as the first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and more.

How to Access Our Client Portal

1. Visit our website at arpeggioweddings.com.
2. From the top right, click the burger menu and select “Login” from the dropdown.
3. Log in with the credentials provided in your contract. If you haven’t booked with us yet, you can use the demo account (details below).

Once logged in, click the green “Plan My Event” button to begin.

Planning Your Event

After clicking the “Plan My Event” button, you’ll be able to:

• Add song requests
• Specify songs you want to be played or avoided
• Input your special songs (such as formalities like introductions, first dance, and parent dances)

You’ll be able to drag and drop songs into the correct fields for easy organization.

Connect with Spotify

Already creating a playlist on Spotify? Great news! You can link your Spotify account directly to our portal to streamline the process.

Complete Your Planning Forms

Once you're on the "Planning Options" tab, scroll down to the planning forms and click “Edit Forms.” We ask that you complete these forms as thoroughly as possible to help us ensure your wedding day goes smoothly. If we’re not handling your ceremony music or cocktail hour, simply leave those sections blank.

Final Review

Please note, we’ll lock the portal two weeks before your wedding date to set up a meeting with your DJ to review everything you’ve entered and finalize your music selections.
