Q: How far in advance should I book my DJ?

A: It's advisable to book your DJ anywhere from six months to two years in advance with Arpeggio Wedding Entertainment. Waiting too long may result in the inability to secure your preferred DJ or company.

Q: When will my DJ arrive?

A: We typically arrive approximately one hour prior to the event start time for DJ services alone. Additional services may necessitate an earlier arrival.

Q: How do I know if I’m paying too much or too little for a DJ?

A: Pricing varies based on several factors including the date, day of the week, month, season, duration, equipment requirements, ceremony coverage, and venue location. At Arpeggio Wedding Entertainment, we ensure transparent pricing tailored to your specific needs, maintaining high standards and professionalism to make your wedding unforgettable. We do have a $2,500 minimum for peak Saturdays from May to October.

Q: Will the venue or I have to provide anything for the DJ?

A: All we require is an 8ft or 6ft banquet table with linen for setup.

Q: Will you contact me prior to my event to go over details and timelines?

A: Two weeks before your wedding day, we'll schedule a review of the information entered in our client portal. Learn more about our online client portal here.

Q: Does the DJ take requests?

A: We can accommodate requests at your discretion. If a song is on your "do not play list," we will honor that.

Q: Should I feed or tip the DJ at my event?

A: Providing a meal is included in our contract. We appreciate a gratuity if you feel we've exceeded your expectations.

Q: Will my DJ take breaks?

A: No breaks! We provide continuous music throughout your event by always sending two DJs.

Q: Will the DJ communicate with my planner and/or event coordinator before my reception?

A: Yes, your DJ/Emcee will coordinate all events with your Planner or Banquet Manager beforehand to ensure a smooth reception.

Q: Can you assist or help us plan our wedding?

A: While we don't provide planning services, we're happy to recommend other wedding professionals, including planners, to help you realize your dream day.

Q: Do you use banners, signs, or contests to promote your company during my event?

A: Absolutely not! Our DJs carry business cards if requested.
